Unique taste of bitterness from the first sip.
Sourness is added afterwards, and it changes to the taste that is typical of Tenmei.
There is almost no sweetness and it is refreshing.
I wonder if it is the type that takes time to wake up since the bottle has just been opened 🤔.
I will enjoy the change slowly over time.
