Nama sake chemical, vegetable, celery.
They said the aroma is common in Honjozo Nama-no-Honshu.
When I tried it with a sense of dislike, it wasn't so bad.
It has a sweetness that makes it a little nettlesome.
But umami.
Alcohol and astringency.
Combine it with eggs and other ingredients.
Not enough to get rid of my dislike for it, but not bad.
