I think this is pretty common 😄.
As expected, I had drunk the standard junmai sake Urakasumi at an izakaya, but this was my first time to try other labels.
Fruity melon-like aroma on the nose.
The slightly sweet, full-bodied umami is followed by a firm acidity and a lingering crisp spiciness.
It is not flashy or distinctive, but it is an orthodox, umakuchi junmai-shu👍.

I'm pretty sure I have 😆 I haven't had Urakasumi for years, maybe more than 10 years 😂I've read your review and it seems to have changed a lot so I have to drink it 😅.
