Isojiman is an expensive but delicious sake.
I have only had the special honjozo sake, but recently it has become too expensive and I have not had it for a long time,
I had never drank it before, but I bought a bottle of freshly squeezed Honjozo at a local liquor store for about 2,500 yen.
I was so proud of its gentle sweetness.
It has a gorgeous aroma, sweetness, and lightness with a slight effervescence,
This is a delicious, easy-drinking sake that is distinctly different from It has a delicious flavor and sweetness that even dry sake lovers will love. It is a good sake. I opened it on New Year's Day and enjoyed it a little bit, but after a while, it became a spicy-sweet and interesting sake. It was delicious warmed up when opened, but now it is delicious warmed up.

Isojumari's Honjozo is good👍.
I got hooked on this sake at Kashimaya in Shizuoka with thick slices of bonito, and brought it to my own wedding reception.
Freshly squeezed must be fresh.
