It arrived last month together with Sake Mirai.
We let the 2024 and 2023 sit for a while, but we wanted to keep the 2025 fresh.
The bottle was opened with a light puff, and the gas was shimmering like white steam. I had a feeling that it would be fresh and delicious 😃.
When I poured it into a bowl, I could feel the gas.
It is totally different from yesterday's 2024. I definitely prefer the younger one😍.
I have three more 2024 and 2025 and I kinda feel like the same result 😅.

I think it tastes better when it's aged, but I prefer not to age the active nigori type as it loses its fizziness and piquancy 😍.
But the aged Kikuhime is delicious with a sense of dead leaves 😊.
