pickles in salted rice-bran paste with a match set in salted rice-bran paste
The aroma reminds of sweetness, steamed rice and alcohol. The aroma is close to that of ginjo, and is fragrant for junmai. The mild and simple attack gives a slightly pungent taste, and after the sweetness spreads, it finishes with a bitter and pungent taste.
First Kamikame. I liked it because of its well-crafted aroma, sweetness, and bitterness, while making it seem like a classic type. It goes well with pickles.
