This time, a beautiful label with a blooming feeling is on the label.
My first impression was that it was very crisp for a Nabeshima sake.
The first sip is a bit alcoholic, and it comes on strong.
The sweetness is moderate and the umami is stronger.
Basically, my image of Nabeshima is that it is mildly tasty, so this was a bit unexpected.
But...
I was thinking that Nabeshima is always delicious in some way.
I enjoyed this sake with this in mind.

We had it 3 years ago and the color of the label seems to have changed 🧐! I think it might have changed the taste as well 🤗.
