This was opened at the eve of the Kanazawa jazz street festival.
As the name suggests, it is quite mild! It is refreshingly tasty without any unpleasant taste and was served with yakitori. It was great to drink Hiyaoroshi while listening to music in the open air!

It's been hot again this year, so this lightness was just right. Tedorigawa-san also has a junmai ginjo hiyaoroshi, so I'm interested in that too ^ ^.
