Impressions
Miyazumi Meizumi brewery, also famous for 寫樂
The rice used is Yamadaho, a rare variety of sake rice known as the mother of Yamada-Nishiki.
The aroma is gentle. The aroma is gentle, with a hint of fruit... (but I don't know what kind of fruit it is...)
When you put it in your mouth, a gentle sweetness and fruity freshness spreads.
Soon after, a mellow and rich flavor comes in, followed by a sharp acidity that disappears at the end.
The aftertaste is also refreshing.
This is the kind of sake that is full of flavor...
It was a delicious sake that was worth drinking 🍶.
