Junmai Daiginjo sake was originally planned to be carried on JAL international flights in the year of the 2020 Olympics.
There is almost no aroma at the start and the aroma at the end is very modest.
However, as you continue to drink it and the temperature rises, the fruity aroma and sweetness increases, and it finishes with a spicy bitter taste.
It is a beautiful sake with no miscellaneous flavors.
It's delicious even on the ground, so if you could drink it above the clouds on an international flight, the flavor would have been even better 😋☁️✈️☁️
