This sake is made in Shinshu on behalf of Kazuma Shuzo.
Yumemizuho is rice, right? It was sold at a supermarket in Kanazawa station last week. Why does it taste so good even though it is rice? It is a mystery.
By the way, yesterday we visited four liquor stores in addition to Yanagimachi. The cooler box was completely overflowing. We managed to fit it in the fridge, but who will drink it💦?

Shirasugi Shuzo in Kyoto is another sake brewery that brews only with rice, but it's quite tasty 😋.

I have heard from a brewer before that making rice rice is easy but making sake is difficult. You all make delicious sake 🙂.
