I received this sake to compare with Yamanoi's 50. I found out later that this one seems to be made from four different types of rice.
It has a melon-like taste, and the yeast may be the same as that of Yamanoi 50. This one has a little more umami and sweetness, and has a mellow and delicious taste.
I drank it with Matsumae pickles, and it was quite good. It might be good with something salty.
