寿梨庵
This is the first time for me to drink sake made with Momota rice, and it is a Junmai Daiginjo made with 45% polished rice, which is familiar with other sake rice ✨It seems to be a limited edition in a can
It smells like sweet honey and koji with greenish flavors like grass and trees. ☘️
I guess I didn't feel much of the top shelf because it was chilled so well, but when I sipped it, the fruitiness was just amazing.
The luscious aroma of grapes, apples, and pineapple tickles the nose and finishes nicely, leaving a delicious flavor and light bitterness. 〰︎ The sweetness is moderate and refreshing.
Fresh but I could also taste a bit of maturity 🤔.
I think all Tasake is great, but maybe it's the visual of the cool can with the different flag colors that makes it the most stylish ❔.
It's quite expensive (actually a gift 💦), but I'd love to have a whole bunch of it in my stylish fridge 😆.

Hi Jurian 😃
We've never had this one, but it would be great to have it as an accompaniment to a drinking cup 🚃 ‼️
It would be a spectacular sight to open the fridge and see all this stuff lined up 🤩.
