Purchased at Harushika in GW.
Sake made with Narano-Yaezakura yeast.
I bought it because it was the most impressive sake I had in the sake tasting set.
Most of the others were ones I had already had in the past😅.
It's not sweet and sour, but the sweetness and sourness stand out. It also has a slight smokiness.
Is it possible to get smokiness from cherry blossom yeast?

I also drank Gojogawa cherry yeast sake by Isao Heki, and it looks a bit similar 🌸 lol Shiki also offers cherry yeast sake, so I'd like to try it!
