First visit to this precious ramen restaurant where you can enjoy drinks and various dishes at night 🚶.
The owner seems to be a Japanese chef who has been operating a kappo restaurant nearby for a long time ✨.
This was my first drink after quenching my thirst with a glass of beer!
The last time I had Chitose Tsuru was when I couldn't imagine such a modern label 🤔.
The nigori is not so thick, but it is a bit rough and I could feel the lees!
But it is not heavy, light, fresh, fruity, and goes down easy 😋.
I felt it was one of the best muddy wines I've had this season 🏆.
I had a hard time deciding which snacks to order, but I was happy to have a strategy meeting with one of them 😆.
Everything we had was delicious 😋.
You can choose the amount of alcohol you want to drink, and it's a great place to capture the hearts of sake drinkers👍.
Of course, the ramen noodles to finish off the meal were also excellent 👍

Winter hikuma is good too 🤤I could drink about 3 more cups with the broth from the last ramen 😁🍶.
