I was in a good mood to open a bottle of this one since it was Golden Week. My wife's mother was going on a trip to Ueda, so she bought this for me as a souvenir. It has a delicious flavor, fine acidity, sharpness, a bit of sweetness, aroma, and a gasiness that is typical of Kamerei. There is nothing but happiness. I think it depends on the rice, but I think I have learned the taste of Kamerei, although it is mostly a sensory thing 😊 On the second day, it went well with Tuna Yamakake 😋 It is a great sake that can be enjoyed alone or with food 🍶.

I'm glad I usually show off my love of sake. lol Your mother-in-law seems to have contributed to Ueda as she stayed there for about 4 days and dropped a solid amount of money.
