A different strain from Hachisen. I remember drinking too much jyopari at a snack bar in Hirosaki and got into a lot of trouble.
I'm not sure how summery it is, but I think it's refreshing. It is a beautiful jyobari.
I want to go back to Hirosaki around the time of cherry blossoms or Neputa.
