ABE THE ARANAMI 720ml
Ingredients: Gohyakumangoku (Niigata Prefecture)
Alcohol percentage: 14
Abe-san, the Aranami has been opened.
When the rice is hard to dissolve, it is called Aranami. The year when the rice is easy to dissolve is called "Sazanami".
Last year was very hot and conditions must not have been good for the rice.
Our Koshihikari rice was also second-class rice, 10% less than usual.
Now, what did the sake taste like? It is fresh, gassy, slightly acidic, refreshing, sweet, and delicious, with an indescribable balance.
