I have two bottles left of this season's sogapé stock, and since they want me to drink it by the end of May, I have to finish it all by the end of this week.
This year's Riazake Naturel 70 has a slightly less grapey nose, a bit lactic and a bit Seme-like. No gassiness.
The sweetness and acidity are both strong, but the sweetness doesn't pull away and the acidity lingers.
After the acidity, a bit of strong bitterness and alcohol taste are added to the finish.
When it is cold, it is very crisp and easy to drink, but as it approaches room temperature, it becomes quite drinkable. But it is surely delicious.
