On a hot day approaching a heat wave, I was standing in line for soft-serve ice cream at Ministop when...hmmm? I found a sake on the sake shelf 💡 and was curious to buy not 00Masamune, but the Somasa -15 IWC Gold Medal-winning necklace. It is said to be 3 to 5 times sweeter than regular junmai sake, so I decided to chill it well.
The sake has a mellow aroma, like that of king oyurin or melon, and is mildly sweet and thick with a hint of sourness. As the temperature rose, I felt some bitterness, but it was delicious 😋.
Ingredients: Rice, rice malt
Rice polishing ratio 55
Alcohol content 15%.
High ester producing yeast

Good evening, Kotori-san😄
When I go to a convenience store, I look at the shelf of alcohol 🤣.
But still, the label looks so classy ✨.
I can't believe you can buy that kind of sake at a convenience store.

Hi Tsubu, 😃At my local Lawson, a can of mont-bell sake to drink in the mountains! It has sweet and dry sake with alcohol content of 19-20 degrees Celsius. I can't come down from the mountain if I drink it 🤣.

Hi Kotori😄
19-20 degrees in the mountains is bad 🫢.
I can't get down either... or I'm going to roll 🤣.
