Gorigori-gori fruity, suitable for girls, for an introduction to women's taste.
But be careful, because I think the Alc is a little high for that!
Unlike the fire-brewed ginjo-shu, this is fresh!
The overall balance of the wine is nicely balanced by the crisp sweetness and cute acidity.
The main ingredient is apple (......), but you can also get nuances of pear and peach.
It is more of a "drink and eat together" type of sake than a "drink by yourself and enjoy" ...... sake.
Ah! I remember that I was not so fond of hiyaoroshi sake, but yesterday (9/16), I tasted it at Yamanaka-san.
