The collaboration project "Otoko wa Tsuji Beams" started because the Gozenshu brewery Tsuji Honten was the location for the 48th movie "Otoko wa Tsuraiyo" (Otoko wa Tsuraiyo Beams). This time, we will be releasing a completely original brew based on the image of the main character "Tora-san".
The brewery used Omachi, a strong, vigorous sake grown with less use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers, as the raw material, and adopted Gozenshu's unique Bodaimoto process and "complete fermentation," in which the yeast eats up all the sugar. The sake can be enjoyed at a variety of temperatures, from chilled to heated, to experience the never-ending changes in flavor "like the clouds flowing in the sky.
