This is my first time to try Toyo Bijin. I saw this one at Sake-no-Wa as well as Twilight Orange and thought I'd like to try it someday, so I found it at Yajima Sake Shop and popped it in with the others 😁.
I drank the Dusk Orange in one day and was still in the mood for more, but my first impression of this one was fresh green apples!
The aroma was sweet and fresh like green apples, and the taste was easy to drink with a refreshing sweetness and light umami 😍The acidity was also refreshing and a little dry.
