Tazake and Hiyoroki are strange sake that I can buy when I don't want them and can't buy when I want them, but my fridge situation was so bad that I went through them twice this time...lol.
But when I thought about it, I like light nigori, and I wondered what it would be like if it were from Tasake, so I bought it while fighting with the fridge lol.
I had kept it for 4 months, so it was mild.
When I drank it, it was just like the Sawaya Matsumata and the Moriwari Usunigori Yamadanishiki that I drank just before.
It's a bit schwarzy, but strangely moist as well...this might be something amazing.
It was the same with Sawaya Matsumo, but the sweetness, umami, and acidity are well balanced without interfering with each other, so everyone will love it like this.
I got the impression that this one has more nigari (though I couldn't see much because the bottle was black), so I could feel the lactic acidity more strongly.
Both of them were too delicious!
