Sake from Gero, Gifu Prefecture
Gero Onsen is one of the hot springs I would like to visit: ♨️
The smell after opening the bottle is more like Nikki than alcohol smell! It's not a bad smell by any means, it's a very pleasant one 😁.
When you put it in your mouth and let it air out, it tastes like Nikki, just like the lychee and the smell, and it is full-bodied!
I think it's a taste that is hard to find!
The second day is milder.
The Nikki-like smell and taste seems much thinner
It was a slightly dry sake and easy to drink♪
Delicious!
The sake glass I always use in the picture has a big crack on it 😭
I wonder if I can buy the same one or find something better 🤔 I'll look for it...

Hello, Kozou-san 😃
Extreme cold shibori🥶The name gives the impression that it has been squeezed considerably 😆 I would like to soak in a hot spring ♨️ and get warmed up deeply before having this one 😆 ☺️
Gero Onsen! I'd like to go there as well🤗

Good morning... I don't go to famous hot springs with luxury ryokans (like Arima Onsen) 😅I think this sake is good as a food wine 👌
