Asano Sake Shop Sannomiya Banshu Ikken Fair Report 1📝.
Banshu Ikkyo is a sake that I sometimes buy but have never had a chance to compare it thoroughly.
The first glass started with a basic junmai sake 🍶.
The label is sparkling and looks expensive ✨.
After the umami, there is a slight tangy alcohol taste and it flows lightly.
No bitterness, no peculiar taste, so it will be gone as soon as you drink it with food 💧.
