Drinking at home today. Purchased at a local liquor store. This is the first time I've had unfiltered sake from Hikakami. It is soft, refreshing, acidic, and slightly chirpy. It was easy to drink and quickly consumed. On the back of the label, a picture of Edomae Sushi appeared. This is interesting.
