KOEDO SAKE COLLECTION 2024
The first event organized by Matsuzaki Sake Shop in a long time!
48 breweries from all over Japan gathered for the event, which was divided into two parts and was a great success!
90% sake, beer, wine, etc.
I had a chance to talk directly with the chairman of Tedorigawa.
I told him I liked the label and he said it was his wife's design.
He said it was his wife's design and that he used to do it himself.
The rest is the reconstruction of Kanazawa Sake Brewery and Yoshida Brewery.
Yoshida Kura is also brewing sake on behalf of a brewery in the Noto region, and is doing his best to wave the flag of support.
I strongly felt the solidarity of Kanazawa's sake breweries.
