The other day, I was invited to the 150th anniversary celebration of my alma mater (elementary school) and performed a lion dance.
Although it goes around to each house during the annual festival in April, the elementary school children had almost no opportunity to see the full version, so they were all very interested to see it. I'm glad I went 😊.

The mouthfeel is gentle and moist with sweetness, umami, and a slightly fruity aftertaste, and then it finishes with another gentle sourness and bitterness with a whiff.
The lovely and delicate flavor is also delicious!
After a few days, the individual flavors will become stronger, and the alcohol will also be felt, but this is also delicious.
