I started with a cold sake.
It is very light and smooth.
You can feel the full flavor of the rice.
The dry taste is refreshing, which is typical of Gohyakumangoku.
The acidity is low, and there is a bitter aftertaste that goes down the throat well.
When it is heated, there is not much change in the flavor.
but the aroma of the rice increases a lot.
It's not flashy, but it tastes very much like sake.
Also, today I received 3 bottles of limited edition sake from a car friend.
