Shuwashuwa delicious sake 🍶. Fukuda Kai's Summer Active Shuwashuwa 😊. The bottle was opened vigorously! Fine bubbles come up, but no spillage. It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma, a shuwashuwa throat, and a delicious balance of umami acidity and bitterness. 😋😋😋😋 The sweetness and spiciness are medium. It is a rice juice that makes you want to drink it in gulps. Perfect for summer👍 3,420 yen without tax It is as perfect as Fukuda's Summer Shuwashuwa. It seems they have changed the brand name from Fukuda to Fukkai, but the taste is as perfect as ever and will continue to be available for purchase with confidence 😁.

This time it is a completely unknown brand & ozo. I was attracted by the cool jacket with an image of the sea and bought it. Also for the sake sake. First of all, the first impression was a chili-colored slight bubbling. I don't know if it is due to the rice called "reihou" or the sake yeast, but after the fizzy feeling, sourness and bitterness like lemon peel are coming. In the second half, there is a citrus sweetness. I think this is also because the bitterness from the first half is still there. The sensation may be similar to that of sparkling wine. It seems to go well with fish. The atmosphere is sparkling wine, but it is firmly sake. (It has a little heaviness), so it seems to go well with sour southern bluefin tuna, etc.
