This is a set of Hida beef for sukiyaki that I received as a prize.
The stars around the four stars are rice, water, and climate, and the passion of the people, which is the star in the middle, connects them, and it is a gem of pride.
Even though the rice polishing ratio was 40%, it had a solid taste that was as good as sukiyaki.
