わらびもち
I bought it at a liquor store next to the hotel where I stayed in front of Yonago Station. The lid has a hole for venting gas, so it must not be tipped over. This is doburoku, but it has a slight ginjo aroma, probably due to the 50% rice polishing ratio. The store owner asked us to drink the top clear liquid without mixing it at first, so we tried it and found it to be a clean sweet sake with a gaseous taste. When mixed, the sourness becomes a little stronger, but both are delicious.
I would like to buy this sake again if I have the chance.
