Since it is a noble sake, I wondered if it would be as sweet as other sake breweries I have tried. I thought it might not be as sweet as other sake breweries I've had, but it was delicious and not too sweet. Perhaps it is the result of the ban on resale, but at my favorite liquor store, you can buy it at a fixed price, albeit in limited quantities, even though it is sold on a point system. My wife, who doesn't know much about the taste of sake, had to have another glass of this easy-to-drink sake.
