It is similar to dandelion, but this one has an aged medicinal and sour taste like Chinese herbs. It is no longer like Shaoxing wine!

The azalea and dandelion are the yeast used to make sake, and they use yeast from flowers instead of the yeast used in ordinary sake.
I didn't know such a sake existed 🌻.
