This is the first sake brewed at the Katsuragi Sanroku Brewery, which was put into operation by Aburacho Shuzo last year in Gosho City. It was purchased by Utage of JSP, an organization of sake and shochu breweries. The company has introduced an index called Future Sake Degree, with a view to contributing to farmers and the local community, and we can sympathize with its philosophy and principles.
The aroma is mild, with a hint of cedar on the palate. The flavor of Akitsuho rice grown at the foot of Mt. Like the regular Kaze no Mori, it has a strong minerality. While it has a complex flavor, it has no curdle at all and can be drunk easily.
