The aroma is a weak Muscat.
When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness with minerality and lactic acidity spreads slowly with a slight foam.
The sweetness is light and refreshing, so it is easy to drink on its own and goes well with a wide range of foods. It was a bottle with a richer taste than the fire-roasted one and a high sense of satisfaction.
