The acidity, umami, and honey-like sweetness seem to keep flowing smoothly along with the torrid texture.
This character is cute too😍.
I started Sake-no-wa because I wanted some way to record the taste of sake. I enjoy looking through users' records and finding sakes that interest me and getting responses.
I hope sake will be even more popular next year. ‼️The fascination that rice, koji, and water can bring out is still unfathomable 🤩.
