This was my first time drinking a hoppy sake and it was delicious. This is a delicious sake that my beer-loving partner, who says any sake feels like a one-cup glass, found to be good. We enjoyed it with rice dishes and beer dishes. It is an easy-drinking sake that goes well with sardine with sweet and sour sauce, marinated octopus, and dumpling soup. I would like to try the rice and agave as well. Cheers to the evolution of sake.
