Sake brewery in Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture
Closed down last year due to lack of successors
Even though it is a local brewery in Aichi, I have never had a bottle of this sake before.
This is a once-in-a-lifetime encounter, the first and last bottle!
We will taste it thoroughly!
At first, it has a twisted aroma like pickled radish.
It doesn't taste sweet and it's surprisingly refreshing.
Will it taste better warmed up?
The twisted aroma subsides as it warms up, but the refreshing taste remains the same.
A few days later, we served it cold.
It has a thick texture on the tongue that I didn't notice at first.
Mellow aroma like brandy plum wine.
Enjoy it with ice on top!
It says it was made in 2021, so it must have been aged for three years.
I guess it must have been matured.
I enjoyed it very much.
