ギョーザ
I caught a bonito and made tataki.
Tataki might normally be a Tosa sake, but since we are in the Kanto region, we are in the midst of trying a sake from a fisherman's town in Chiba.
It is a mild, smooth, dry sake that goes perfectly with the bonito tataki.
