みぽこThey say it's rare
Slightly sweet and gentle ひっさんFollowing on from the Mimuro Sugi, this is another Nara sake.
This is the second type of Inanohana that I bought because of the label designed by Sumi ink artist Imatani Takako.
Inanohana is made from Gin no Sato rice grown in Tenri City, Nara Prefecture, and brewed at a sake brewery in Tenri City. I think it's not so well known in Nara because it's only available at special shops.
The taste is more mature than other gorgeous sakes I've had recently, but it has an elegant and moderate sweetness that spreads to your mouth, making it a relaxing sake to drink. This is the kind of sake I like. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
