I bought this sake at a roadside station on a trip to Uchiko in Ehime. It is not so famous in Ehime, and I did not have high expectations for it, but it is much tastier than I expected!
It has a floral and elegant aroma, and the moment you put it in your mouth, the robust sweetness and flavor spread to your tongue as well. It is indeed rich and mellow, with no unpleasant alcohol aftertaste, leaving only a strong umami taste. It is not a famous sake, but I felt that the "new generation of sake" was not a mere pretense!
