Here is today's sake after a long absence!
It's Akita Bijin ✨and it's a reprint of a picture from the Showa era 😆 Hmmm, very chic!
I bought this sake because it is a junmai sake and I thought it would definitely taste good heated up.
I tasted it a little cold before heating it up and found it to be a little dry and easy to drink.
It was a bit dry at first, but when I heated it up, it really stood out! It has a rich rice flavor and a clean, dry mouthfeel! It is a taste that can be enjoyed with any dishes 😋 It is easy to match with both oil dishes and Japanese food!
We are looking forward to buying more Akita sake in the future 😊.
