I tasted it at an event and was attracted by its taste, so I bought it.
I didn't notice it when I was drinking it at the event, but when I poured it into a glass, it looked a little yellowish in color.
The aroma gives the impression of being similar to a white wine, with no strong sweetness, but when you drink it, you will find that it has a good balance of sweetness and moderate acidity, with a crisp, clean finish that makes it easy to drink in the summer as well.
Recently, we have seen more and more low-polishing sake, but I was surprised to see that 90% rice can produce such a taste.
The price is reasonable, and if it were easier to find, I would buy this sake more often for everyday drinking.
