We drank it at dinner at the hotel where we stayed in Nagasaki City.
I asked for a local sake (cold) and this was recommended.
It is a Kyushu sake, so it has a sweet and fruity taste, but it is not cloying, so it was easy to drink.
I think it goes well with both meat and fish.
The brewery is located in Sasebo City, so I would like to visit there if I have a chance.
