This is the first brewery I have ever visited.
It seems that they also produce noble sake.
The first aroma is like cemedine.
It is slightly sweet and has a strong umami flavor. There is also a fair amount of acidity.
The color is a little yellowish.
It may have a caramelized taste 🤔.
I saw a box of Oeyama from Matsunami Shuzo, the brewery that was completely destroyed, and asked about it, but they said they were sold out!
