うるっちょ

Katakura Sake Brewery, a small sake brewery in Hoshuzan, Higashimine Village, Fukuoka, is at it again! At a certain roadside station in Fukuoka Prefecture, we finally saw their main brand "Fukuina" and welcomed it! If you want to call it sweet or tasty, it's "Inami"! A bottle that fits the name "Fuku Ina" perfectly! It goes well with various snacks. It is also good with a simple wooden bowl and salt.

Drinking at a liquor store near Ohashi Station Not only the first time to drink, but also the first time to see the brand name in Fukuoka Prefecture. Slightly chilled cold sake. Slightly cloudy and clear. The richness spreads softly in the mouth and is delicious. The aftertaste has the impression of wood, but the lingering aftertaste is a little short. The taste is sharp and slightly dry. It goes well with sea urchin and squid as a side dish. Yume Tsukushi rice is quite rare in Japan.
