そうてき
It is a sake made in collaboration with JA Suigo Tsukuba. The aroma is gorgeous. At the moment of drinking, I felt that the alcohol taste was a little strong, but then the umami taste was clear. It reminded me once again that sake is made from rice. I don't know how to describe it, but it is rice rice rice rice. It goes well with strong snacks. Today, I had char-grilled jidori chicken and miso soup with lots of ingredients. The chicken was grilled over a charcoal fire and served with a bowl of miso soup.
