This is a sake from Nishinomiya. I found it at a department store in front of Nishinomiya Station. It is a 20-minute walk from the station to the brewery, but it is very rare to find this sake in stores, so I bought it for the first time in a while. Although it is a ginjo, it has a very pleasant, robust flavor. It is a junmai ginjo-shu with a gorgeous and elegant flavor. The aroma is sweet and soft, and elegantly enhances the fine flavor. Chill it well and you will enjoy its dignified aroma and flavor even more" (HP). I drank it at room temperature in no time without trying cold sake. (I drank it at room temperature in no time without trying it cold.) The brewer is Shochiku Bai Shuzo. The brewery has been around since the Taisho Period (1912-1926), but due to the war, production was discontinued and the "Shochiku Ume" brand was moved to a new location, but was reestablished in 1950 under the "Nadaichi" brand. (Reference: "Nishinomiya, City of Sake") The original picture on the label of "Nada Ichi" depicts pine, bamboo, plum, and arabesque, and was drawn by that Western-style painter, Ryohei Koiso! He was born in Kobe. The original artist was a Western-style painter, Ryohei Koiso, who was born in Kobe. I was going to think about this history, but I drank it in no time and wondered what happened to it. It's gone... Next time, I will go to the brewery!
